Domestic (U.S.)

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150 USD (before tax).

For orders under $150 USD, we charge a flat rate of $10 USD for standard shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Boca Raton, Florida.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

We ship via trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Carrier selection may vary based on destination and package size.

Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at checkout. Orders must be placed by 1:00 PM ET to be shipped the same business day.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify or combine shipments.

International

We offer international shipping worldwide.

  • Free international shipping on orders over $400 USD
  • Shipping rates for orders below this threshold are calculated at checkout

International orders are typically shipped via DHL Express and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on destination.

Duties and taxes may be applied upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer unless prepaid at checkout.

  • Duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend reviewing your country’s import policies prior to placing an order

Discounts & promotions

Final sale

Items marked Final Sale or discounted 30% or more are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Price adjustments are only available within 7 days of purchase and do not apply to sale items.

Discount codes cannot be combined or applied to already discounted items.

Promotions

Promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.

Certain promotions may restrict eligibility for refunds and allow only store credit or exchanges.

Returns & exchanges

General policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

How to initiate a return

To start a return, please email us at info@glazurshop.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your tracking number (return shipment)

Our team will provide further instructions for your return.

Domestic returns (U.S.)

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refund options:

  • Store Credit — free of charge (full item value)
  • Refund to original payment method — subject to a $10 return fee

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns are processed within 7–10 business days after arrival at our warehouse.

Domestic exchanges

We offer size exchanges for U.S. orders (subject to availability).

To request an exchange, please contact us at info@glazurshop.com.

Exchange orders are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

International returns

International customers may return items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Exchanges are not available for international orders
  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Important notes

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once marked as delivered
  • Orders forwarded by third-party services are not eligible for claims or support
