Complimentary standard shipping on U.S. orders over $150 USD (before tax). Under $150 USD, standard shipping is a flat $10 USD (non-refundable). We ship from Boca Raton, Florida. Orders are typically processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 2–5 business days after shipment. We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS; expedited options are available at checkout. Orders before 1:00 PM ET ship the same business day. Once placed, orders cannot be modified or combined.
Yes, worldwide. Free international shipping on orders over $400 USD; otherwise rates are calculated at checkout.
International orders ship via DHL Express, typically delivered in 3–7 business days. Duties and taxes may apply and are your responsibility unless prepaid at checkout. Duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached.

Store credit for the full item value, or refund to the original payment method with a $10 return fee. Original shipping is non-refundable. Returns are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the item.
U.S. customers may request size exchanges subject to availability — contact info@glazurshop.com. Exchanges are not available for international orders.
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. You pay return shipping. Refunds go to the original payment method only. Duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items marked Final Sale or discounted 30% or more cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited. Price adjustments are only within 7 days of purchase and exclude sale items. Discount codes cannot be combined or applied to already discounted items.
Hand washing in cold water with a gentle natural detergent is best for delicates. Machine wash cold on delicate when appropriate; air dry when possible. Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals; wash lights and darks separately; iron on low–medium for linen.
Our garments use a natural, feminine silhouette and typically run true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Cotton and linen have little to no stretch — use our size guide or email for help.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once marked as delivered. Orders forwarded through third-party services are not covered.
